Trial Work Experience provides opportunities for training experiences at community sites. There is no cost or liability to your business. Goodwill Industries is the employer of record. Supervision is provided by Goodwill staff as needed. Experiences are scheduled based upon your business needs. The employer has the option to hire.

Job Retention Services

Goodwill staff works closely with an individual that has been hired to maintain their employment. Additional training can be made available to assist with the job advancement. Identify and remove barriers to remain employed.

Staff identify and address barriers such as attendance, timelieness and maintaining production goals. Additional training can be made available to assist with the job advancement.
